How to Book
HOW TO BOOK
1. EMAIL Kim avonriveractivities@gmail.com
In the email communications - Tell Kim what you would like to do and when
2. Kim will then email you back with the answer to your enquiry and the nearest availability to suit you and the BACS details for payment
This is still only and enquiry at this stage
3. To confirm your booking, simply pay by BACS, once BACS has been received - you're booked. Kim will email confirmation and more information.
- Your session is only confirmed on receipt of payment.
- By paying you are agreeing to the booking conditions - see booking conditions here
Activity Consent form
We will need you to sign the consent form prior to your activity session. You can do this on the day, or if you would like to be very organised feel free to download the form here, and bring it with you all filled in :0)
Booking Process
For Paddleboard lessons, groups, parties
For Evesham HIRE and Dragon Pedelos.
No need to book, just check we are open and turn up on the Day.
For Canoes, kayaks mega SUP etc - email us to let us know you are planning to come
and we will get things ready for you.
No need to pay in advance for Dragon hire in Evesham - you can pay on the day (cash or card)
